Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Tropical Breeze Pie

Let this easy cream cheese pie recipe take you to the tropics. It is an easy pie recipe that blends crushed pineapple, whipped topping, and cream cheese into a delightful taste that will have you dreaming of palm trees and ocean breezes.

It will be the perfect complement to a dinner of Tiffany’s broccoli chicken casserole or pack it up and take it on that 4th of July picnic with the family. Whenever it is served, I am sure it will be enjoyed.

  • 8-in. graham cracker crust
  • 11 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 8-oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. whipped topping

Blend cream cheese and sugar…

until fluffy.

Beat in pineapple and lemon.

Stir in coconut and pecans.

Fold in whipped topping.

Spread in 8-inch graham cracker crust.

Refrigerate several hours, until well chilled and set. Garnish with additional topping, toasted coconut and fresh lemon slices if desired.

Slice (I found this handy-dandy pie slicer and thought it was pretty cool. It comes with a little storage box and was very easy to put together. The only problem is I cannot get it to come apart!)…

…and enjoy!

Can you hear the oceans waves hitting against the shore and feel that gentle breeze…? Here is another picture than can help you visualize them as you are enjoying your slice of pie.
